The lodge is located on the Ras Kigomasha peninsula, north of the Ngezi forest. It can be reached from either Mkoani Port by Taxi , Chake Chake airport and also via the mainland by boats from Tanga in Tanzania and Shimoni in Kenya through the port of Wete. The lodge has 10 sea front bungalows, 2 honeymoon bungalows and 2 garden family cottages with two bedrooms in each. There is a health bar at the beach with massage, reflexology, manicure /pedicure, facials. A PADI Dive center, scuba courses, snorkelling, escorted kayak tours, fishing, boat trips to sand banks and Njao & Fundu gap.

Day 4 Ngezi and Chake Town Tours
Here you visit the conserved forest in Pemba with lots of endemic giant tropical forest trees, old saw mills which was used by Indians before revolution in 1964,3 seasonal ponds keeping some fish species, Lots of rare birds, Sykes and velvet monkeys also seen. This takes 2 hrs around the forest with a ranger detailing you about the forest.After the forest tour you will be driven ahead to Chake town and first have your lunch in a nice town restaurant before starting the tour. It is a 2 hrs-guided tour to see the old fort [museum], fruit market, and fish market, clove distillery factory. Then you will be driven back to your hotel and arrive by 1700 HRS. Manta Reef Lodge .
